"Years of an accumulation of art supplies, enabled me to self educate my creative inspirations. Basic materials captivate and entice my thoughts of expression in many art mediums. Household materials and the use of visual aids, such as environment Photography, are intriguing in itself. The viewer's interpretation, relation and response to my work only humble me and give a lift to my creative spirit. 'Color outside the lines' opened the door and gave me flight within my imagination. 29 years of artistic experiences has opened many public venues, from Permanent collections, Foundations and to recent commissioned works for Mayo Clinic's celebration of 20 Year's in Arizona." "Arizona Botanical Journey in Fiber" Quote by Denise A. Currier Multi-Media Fiber Artist "The ever-changing growth patterns of Arizona plants stimulated by the natural exposure to the elements coerce my enthusiasm to capture this in Fiber. They only stand tall waiting in fate and expect no more in a calm realm. I can only relish the senses in natural purity and shapes that ornate these wonders. So do enjoy, the Botanical Journey that I interpret to rattle your senses in Art." |
